Marco, Mike Gordon, Joe Russo, and Bryce Goggin came together in 2006 to record six tracks for Trey Anastasio’s album, Bar 17. Marco liked the recording space and the energy between himself and the producer, and the relationship developed from there.

“I think it was 1987? ’88? And we just clicked,” says Calvin of his old buddy and fellow drummer Billy Martin of MMW. They played in a band called the Lounge Lizards together in the late 80’s and early 90’s.
